Hotel Gokulam Residency

We had a pleasant stay at Gokulam residency. Easily accessible location. The complimentary breakfast spread had very few items but were delicious. Overall good service.

Attended one of the seminars here at the weekend. The seminar hall was good and well organized. The food variety and taste was very good Good experience

Room is clean. Staff is supportive and well behaved. However, Im terribly disappointed with ac vent smell. Im suffocating with the smell and I had cover my face with the blanket to avoid fainting. Such a bad experience with the smell and air. Now im typing this review under the blanket, sweating because ac doesn't provide much comfort and smell of terrible. Be wise while booking the room or change the room immediately if you face such smell issues when checked in

Don't expect a good service in bar ,very bad service in ber section

Excellent stay. We are tourists from Bahrain. We ended up here randamly on our way to wayanad from kochi. Surprisingly the hotel was super clean and rooms very new. So comfortable beds. I recommend staying here. We did not take their breakfast. They have parking it is few hundred meters from the center.

Stayed there for a night in room no.201, after late check in , we found AC not working, the incharge tried his best but in vain. Then I asked for change of room, went to 202 and found AC not working. Asked change of room in any floor and he came with a reply that everywhere it's the same. He said he can't call anyone and his superior is GM. It was late night , I had no option except to suffer. Then I slept around 2.30 a.m due to tiredness ... NOT EVEN A APOLOGY FROM ANYONE. Morning breakfast, no buffet, but even a dosa will take 10-15 mts. They had 3 types of dosa and porri that's all. It was good. Overall not a pleasent experience. Rooms are good except AC.

Hotel rooms are neat and clean. Food preparation time take too long. Hotel is near to bus stop. Moreover pleasent stay here. Car parking is available.
