Cloud bay Hotel and Resorts

The only redeeming quality of this hotel is its new construction. The room was clean, but only because it's just six months old. Unfortunately, the management seems to be running it like a lodge rather than a hotel. I booked a deluxe room, but the AC wasn't working properly. When I complained, the staff asked me to wait for half an hour for the room to cool down. When I complained again after an hour, they informed me that there were no vacant rooms available. I suspect they don't have a technician to check the AC system. Moreover, they don't have a restaurant on site. While they do offer complimentary breakfast, the options are severely limited. I was served three idlis, one vada, and a small glass of watermelon juice. Guests have no choice in food items or even timing. Overall, my stay at this hotel was disappointing.

This is one of our best stay in Manjeri. The staff in incredible they are polite and very helpful. I have stayed in this hotel for 3 months. They give us a homely feel. Their rates are nominal. They have a wonderful spread for breakfast. The rooms and washrooms are very clean. Thanks to the housekeeping staff. I would recommend my friends to come here and experience the comfort. I will surely come back again to cloudbay. It feels like my second home.

I stayed @ Cloud Bay for 6 nights and there are many things that made my stay wonderful 1. The hotel is newly constructed. Everything is brand new and crystal clean. 2. The entire team is extremely polite and courteous. They will go above and beyond to provide stellar service. 3. This is my go to hotel to bring family. Safe, quite, and hardly few meters away from the main road 4. Their restaurent is still under work, but still provide tasty breakfast in the morning. I missed twice to wake up on time, but they packed the food for me and served later. Must visit and I can assure you that you will have a peaceful and pleasant stay at Cloud Bay

They don't know hospitality. Rooms are good and average but reception, service team and management not fit for hospitality. Just like a hostel set up and wardens.

Quality on its luxurious level.Staffs all are very kind , breakfast was excellent , the dining area was most comfortable place for me at night the fresh air at the top of the hotel is marvelous thank you cloudbay for hosting us and wonderful offerings.

Super experience Fresh and new property Very supportive staff Rooms are too good. Stayed with my family. Break fast is also good. Don't get confused . When your in manjery. Book your stay here.

Excellent services, friendly staffs, rooms are worth for the price. I will surely recommend this to everyone .
