Good rooms and staff quality was excellent

Poor room service stayed for 4 days normal drinking water which is eligible for guest in the summer time @ liter per day is being charged. Doesn't understand the quality of customer service they provide. Hopeless services. Never recommend hence forth.

It's a relatively new establishment, so the quality of everything is pretty good there. The reason for my 2 star review is because of the poor service from the people there. I faced really bad customer service from three separate employees during my short visit to Century. I think one of the Staff that I conversed with was one of the managers. They were abrupt and un-empathetic. I think the best part about this place is that there is a ton of parking, even though it is in the middle of one of the busiest places in Malappuram. They have a variety of services in the same building. This includes rooms, convention, halls, et cetera.

Nice stay with family. We booked 14 rooms in this Hotel for a wedding function in our family. We booked two types of rooms. Double bed rooms and triple bed rooms. Double bed rooms: It has two single beds and 3 people sleep when put together. Triple bed rooms: it has 3 single beds put adjacent to each other. It will accommodate 5 people. The beds and were all kept neat and tidy. Housekeeping is really good. They provide additional sheets at no extra cost. Additional beds are also available on request for extra money and the quality of the bed is Good. TV is available. The rent is reasonable and room quality and maintenance is excellent. Staffs are very cooperative. It has ample parking services.

I went to Mancheri and looked for many hotels and none of them were neat and clean. Then I went to the auto guys there and asked them where is a good hotel to stay in. Then they all told me. If you go a little there, there is a hotel called Century Residency. It has nice and clean rooms. Go there and look for it. Go there and talk to the reception manager sitting at the counter and he politely asks do you want AC or non AC room? I asked him to show me both and he talked to me like a person who has seen him for a long time and then he showed me the two rooms. I was surprised to see the non-AC rooms which were cleaner than the AC rooms in other hotels. There is 24-hour hot water, there is soap and TV, so I selected the non-AC room and stayed in my room. I felt like staying at home. Manager, other staff, whatever we asked for, good staffs who fulfill our needs at any time, good food, good man who provides all the necessary facilities. If anyone is coming to Mancheri and looking for good rooms, then go to Century. Century is the best place for families to stay. I understand that there is no other than that and I thank the manager and other staff once again.
