Stayed here with a group for one night, wish it had been longer. Hosts were very gracious and accommodating, the house is lovingly maintained and embodies traditional charm while remaining comfortable and modern. The property is beautiful, private, and filled with greenery. There are also a number of animals here, and we were lucky to meet an elephant. Highly recommend for anyone visiting India or Kerala.

We stayed at Kalappura - The Farm House and had a great experience. We highly recommend it for families looking to spend a day or two. The service was good, and food was provided on request. The property stays cool due to its wooden construction and special flooring. With various room options, a separate property for larger groups, and a treehouse, Kalappura is ideal for families. The main town is just 5 minutes away, with food joints, cafes, and supermarkets nearby. The heritage house has a farm with pets, horses, dogs, and more. We could interact and play with them. The pool was fantastic. Kalappura also has its own elephant, but sightings vary. Lots of upgrades are currently ongoing, and we can imagine it will be even more amazing once everything is in place. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Even in the short 5 hours we spent there, I could feel the relaxation sinking in. The delicious cuisine was a highlight of the visit. From authentic Kerala flavors to perfectly prepared dishes, the food was simply delightful and left us wanting more. The staff's excellent service added to the experience, with every need taken care of promptly and with a smile. Although we didn't have time to stay overnight, I got a glimpse of the well-furnished rooms, and they looked extremely inviting and comfortable - perfect for a relaxing stay. The resort also has a lovely swimming pool that I wished I had time to enjoy. Next time, I'm definitely planning a longer stay to take full advantage of it. This resort is an ideal destination for family getaways, group trips, or even solo retreats. Whether you're looking for a place to unwind or reconnect with nature, this hidden gem has it all.
