Nice place to Stay... Excellent service..The staff were friendly. The manager person Mr. Suhail was very friendly and accomodated all the requests. The room are very cleaned and well maintained.. Reasonable rate.... Location is at a city center. Easy accessible place. All needed shops are near to it. Trust worthy... A very comfortable stay in Malappuram town

My experience at Suhail's Residency was pleasant. Suhail was warm, always ready to help and very professional. He arranged me to have moved in early in the morning and helped with getting the room tidied. Mr. Dasan also helped me significantly in room service. The location is convenient and the facilities are okay. I would suggest to have a wash basin put up in the room. Suhail as again nice and friendly before check-out and provided information about nearby places of interest in Malappuram.

Budget friendly rooms. They provided one litre water bottle, turkey and a sample medimix soap. Average stay for a budget friendly rate. Widely accessible to all areas of the town.

Room was clean. The interrior works gives the room a class look. Its situated in a great spot with hotels ,bustop,rickshastand etc nearby . There is no room service. Also the mug in our bathroom was broken. Overall if you're looking a good place to stay this one is a good option. Couple friendly too.
