Soorya Regency

I booked a Delexue room and rooms were dirty. 3 times I have changed the room. In the first room AC was not working, In the second room TV was not working. In the third room TV was working butof no use as they didn't payed for the channel subscription. I stayed there for 2 days but Overall it's a worst experience. The funniest part is they don't have a complementary breakfast.

Very worst experience. Bathroom smells like public toilets.front desk staffs were good but irresponsible management. And seeing all these good reviews I think they were all written by their own staffs.

Nice hotel with rooms and conference facilities with plenty of parking space. Easily accessible from the bypass road. It is located just opposite to the woodbine hotel.

AC Bar not up to the Mark. Otherwise it is Ok and nice experience.

Overall, i had a great experience, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. And morning breakfast was nice and the staffs who serve the food extremely superb.

Good service and experience staff.Excellent stay and story to recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay. Neatly managed property with excellent customer service.

Good clean rooms.. Spacious, well furnished and tidy. Food is just OK.. Too spicy even for a south Indian..very very limited choice.. Menu has no prices in if so that is a bit concerning.. But I just asked them how much is this and that and ordered my food.. Complimentary Breakfast is a joke.. Oh and they do not offer any sort of discount.. Like not even a little.. I mean it's like fixed price, take it or leave it. Well you can't blame the man in the reception.. He's been told not to entertain any bargaining so he simply acts like he didn't hear you ask for a discount.. The matter of fact is I stayed in a 4 Star just a day before at Calicut at walk-in rates that were lesser than in soorya..
