If this is the last resort then only take this place. We took it for two months and we are stuck, they won't return the money. Lift won't work during powder break. We have to climb up to second floor. No cleaning facility, you have to do it yourself or hire someone and buy all cleaning items. For drinking water you have to get it from basement. If you keep the windows open even a bit, room will be flooded with water during rain. And the security staff and caretaker is rude. It is not a service apartment, it is a lodge.
