Malappuram Residency

Malappuram residency is situated near the ksrtc busstand Malappuram. It is a walkable distance. Teashop , hotel , Xerox shop ,studio , passport office all are situated just near the residency. When it comes to the rooms.. different kinds are available here.. normal , deluxe ac etc. But the normal ones are congested , there's little space to move around in those rooms . Still the room and bathroom were clean.

It's a budget rooms, but parking is not available, situated, nearest passport office, walkable distance to the ksrtc, (malappuram-manjeri road)

Cozy place to stay. Good ventilated rooms. Clean and hygienically maintained. Parking is a bit of a problem. Very close to the Town center and good restaurants.

one of the worst stay.... my wife got cough because of dust in that room and got admitted. they promised they will refund.. but they cheated

Very 3rd class room price TAKING high ,no fan ,rooms are too hot
