Hillfort Hotel

I recently stayed at Hilfort Hotel and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite booking a double bed room and paying 1500, the amenities and services provided were far below expectations. The room was only supplied with a single blanket, which was inconvenient and uncomfortable. Additionally, the hotel did not provide hot water, the lift was also out of order The cleanliness of the room, particularly the bathroom, was poorly maintained. It was clear that proper cleaning protocols were not followed. Overall, the rate charged for the room does not justify the quality of service and facilities provided. I would not recommend this hotel unless improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.

I booked 1 room for 4th sep and when i reached there they are saying there is no room.worst experince.plz dont go there.worst hotel in malappuram.if i have an option to give zero stars then i will.

Hotel Hillfort is located near to KSRTC bus stand and easily accessible. This is an old building with 4 floors with no lift! They have a lift next to reception but it is not working. Rooms are of good size but it is not clean, toilets are not hygienic, they even don't have waste bin in room. Bed linen was dirty and this place is full of mosquitoes and I couldn't even sleep because of that. They took Rs 1500 for one night, which is very much on higher side. This room shouldn't have cost more than Rs 750. Only thing positive about this place is staff was very friendly. Totaly it was bad experience staying with Hotel Hillfort.

Clean, hygienic rooms, but no cafe or restaurant. To make things worse, the reception desk guy is supremely disinterested in making sure guests have a comfortable time at the hotel. Also, we asked for blankets and got bedsheets, with the manager saying that all blankets had gone to the laundry. Preparedness is not Hil Fort's forte.

The hotel is located at the town centre, near to KSRTC Bus Station, walkable distance to Civil Station. We opted the suit room for some 2000 bucks. The room is spacious, with a balcony long enough to cover the entire room. A normal CRT TV with a damaged remote was provided. Hotel's restaurant is not functional. We asked them for a shake up at 0400 hours and a tea, which they simply refused. they said tea will be available only after six. Our request for Flask or a Kettle was again turned down by the rude reception staff.

Small time hotel in Malappuram town. Located at walkable distance from Malappuram KSRTC bus stand. Rooms are small but good and have proper facilities. Bathroom has hot water. The air conditioners work fine. Considering the size of room and all the amount being charged for a room seems a bit expensive.

AC Rooms 1600 Rs not Cleaned and unhygienic bed sheet and pillow covers dirty, need to improve your services in covid 19 situations. Worst experience.

No parking space. Very bad behaviour of staffs. No room service available. Rooms are expensive with their services and facilities.
