Grace Residency

Very affordable room for staying in Malappuram downhill area.For single non AC room it only costs 650 rs which is very reasonable.Rooms are very well maintained and clean.veg and non veg restaurants available near residency .bus stop is also infront of hotel

We had stayed in this hotel on occasion over the years, and had seen it close its once-excellent restaurant and let its once-good rooms begin a steep downhill slide. We were a bit reluctant to return, fearing the worst.||||But after a disastrous experience at a so-called "better" hotel in Malappuram earlier in the year, we decided to give the Grace another try when we returned to the town for a special function at a friend's home. How glad I am that we did!||||Surprise! The spacious air-conditioned suites, which we've always preferred at the Grace, have undergone a complete makeover. They're bright, spotlessly clean and thoroughly modern now. (I don't know whether the other rooms have been similarly upgraded yet or not.)||||The restaurant has been re-opened, but isn't (yet, anyway) up to the standards of the earlier restaurant in that location. So far, the food is just "meh."||||Still, we had a most comfortable and satisfying stay in the hotel, and will gladly stay here again on future trips to Malappuram.

An old hotel it seems. Not so cozy. Not so expensive either. The plus point is you will get a 24 hrs checkout time unlike other hotels, we don't need to checkout at noon or should pay a day more to stay in.

Neat room But I got some difficulty No bed switch is given to on/off lights, charge mobile etc... fan speed controller with bed switch is not given... Stay is comfortable 3/5 rating Cheap rate But Rooms are also like the rate Not a deluxe room.. Totally average room Suitable only for middle class and bellow travelers.

Very disappointing.Rooms are not clean,there was fungus all along the bathroom walls,window curtains etc.Bathroom is not clean.No adequate parking facility.No hot water available in bathroom even in AC room.Only positive point is it is safe for families and women.If you are looking for clean,well maintained hotel don't prefer this hotel. Behavior of staff at the reception was good

Its an okay place to stay.Not much facilities availble.Rooms are average don't expect much clean.Calm atmosphere.Good for family.Good place for sleep and refreshments. If you are looking for just a room to stay for one day its oky. Like a Hotel. easily locate (Kottapadi stop near Indian Oil pumb) nearby hotels available nearby bus stop 450m apart is Kerala Grameen Bank (for interview candidates 450m Bus terminal. available from 650rupees onwards.

Very poor hospitality and not so good rooms. I stayed in an AC double bed room which was really bad in terms of cleanliness. Even the bed sheets were having stains and dirt. A few cars can be parked in the building compound itself but most of the time that space may be occupied by two wheelers.

Shabby rooms. Really need maintenance. AC was not working. There was leakage in toilet. No generator present during power outage I had booked for wedding function and it was an awful experience.
