Pineville Resort

Pineville Resort is deceptive and offers poor value for money. The facilities were substandard and not family-friendly, especially considering the overpriced rooms. They demanded advance money with non-refundable terms, adding to our frustration. Our stay was disappointing and unsatisfactory, with issues that made us feel cheated. We would advise others to avoid this resort due to its misleading advertising, subpar service, and unfair payment policies. 1. "The resort's amenities were vastly overhyped, leading to a disappointing stay." 2. "Poor management and substandard facilities made our experience unpleasant." 3. Worst resort ever had in my life. PLS DO NOT GO THERE BY LOOKING THE OLD REVIEW.NOW THEY ARE NOT MAINTAINING IT PROPERLY. *Unclean environment, *bad smelling toilet, *unclean pool. *And the staff whom we contact through telephone is very rude. Its utterly poorly maintained resort. Pls choose any better resort nearby

The rooms are well maintained, clean, and nice. The staff were friendly and helpful with a strong support and the way they care was speechless. The location is just perfect for a walk around with a nature trek to a view point. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. Will visit this place for sure and also will recommend for others.

I recently stayed at Pineville Resort in Mini Ooty with five friends, and it was an amazing experience! The property is beautifully situated in a rubber plantation, providing a vast area to explore and enjoy. The pool was nice and clean, and the best part is there's no time limit for pool use, allowing us to relax and have fun whenever we wanted. The resort offers extreme privacy, making it ideal for any group--whether friends, couples, or families. The service was exceptional, and I must mention Abishek and Aslam, who were incredibly helpful and attentive to all our needs. If you're planning a staycation, I highly recommend considering Pineville Resort. It's a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy nature.

This resort is an absolute gem. With its delightful ambience, private pools, emphasis on privacy, and outstanding customer behaviour, it offers a truly unforgettable experience. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat, this resort has everything you need and more. I can not recommend it highly enough, and I am already looking forward to returning for another exceptional stay.

Terrible experience staying a night and a day. Pls watch my last point 1- Location is juz ok, but too top. But nobody was there to unlock the gate and welcome us, at least to let us know that it was the actual entrance. 0 phone range. 2- Room is a bit spacious, but nothing else other than AC and wifi. Only 1 (used and used and used) old bath towel for a couple, not even two. 3- For any room service, they have a plenty of different numbers and too tired to call them for any assistance. No internal extensions to make quick call. 4- Food- As every resorts, they too have only breakfasts which is acceptable. But what made me disappointed is that I thought food will be here as we order , instead they asked me to check the confirmation msg from resort in WhatsApp and to call the third party restaurant directly and ask them to bring which is in the town(10km away). And I'm still in the washroom due to loose motion. Low quality food. It got spoiled quickly too. 5- Broken pillows.I will attach the pic of that 6- Most dangerous point. When we arrived, the person showed us all the services including the pool. And I found something that he didn't. There was a HUGE SCORPION deep inside the pool, which seemed to be dead. That made me not to use the pool which was totally disgusting. What if a snake comes while swimming or even anything small like this? Pls find the pic too. ZOOM IN TO SEE THE SCORPION

I recently visited Pineville Resort, and I must say the atmosphere was quite pleasant. The seating arrangements with old chairs and benches added a rustic charm to the place. The night view was absolutely beautiful, with warm lights creating a cozy ambiance. As for the food, it was decent. They served a variety of items like coffee, sandwiches, samoona, and French fries. While it may not be gourmet dining, it was satisfactory for a casual visit. I would definitely recommend Pineville Resort for a night visit, especially if you're looking for a serene and relaxing evening. Plus, its proximity to Oorakam Mala road makes it a convenient option for those in the area.
