Hotel French Avenue

I recently stayed at this place, and it was the worst experience ever. The staff would enter the room without permission, even when we were sleeping. They pulled off the bedspread and removed the window curtains while we were inside the room. Their behavior was extremely rude, and the place didn't feel safe for families or girls. They demanded full payment before check-in, and after that, they behaved very rudely.

This french avenue hotel in very near to market place... Hotel atmosphere is very good... Near to railway station... Near to beach... Totally user friendly hotel... But there is no swimming pool in this hotel...

Nice stay, one month before with family and relatives stayed in two rooms, neat and clean , staff is good, parking available near by ground. Beach walkable distance. Good approach and warm welcome.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of booking a room at French Avenue Mahi Hotel. Despite making an advance payment of 1000 rupees, the hotel management's behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Upon arrival, I was met with a complete lack of willingness to accommodate my reservation. The staff's demeanor was disrespectful and left me feeling deeply disappointed. Given the unsatisfactory treatment I received, I had no choice but to cancel my reservation and find alternative accommodations. This incident ruined what should have been a pleasant stay. I am writing this review to warn others about my experience and to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the hotel's services. I would strongly advise potential guests to avoid this establishment.

Negative comments of some Guest, the reason that they booked two rooms for living,( 07 to 08 members)but they informed us during check in time that they want to celebrate get together party. Management denaied to celebrate get together party in room, due to disturbence of other guest / families in other rooms. The Management permitted them in our party hall and they refused and cancelled their booking, advance refunded.

The room was near and clean. The bathroom was also good enough.
