Cherai blue views beach resort

I would like to give negative rating to this property. I booked stay in 12th December for stay on 28th December for family of 4. I got confirmation mail copied to Ishakhkp that my stay is confirmed by paying INR336. I travelled all the way from Hyderabad to Cherai beach on 28th Evening however reaching there got shocking news that my booking not confirmed.It was a peak season and around 9PM searched for another property and found.I travelled close to 1200Km and made to stand without accommodation. Please do not trust this guy though you have a confirmed stay with them after paying advance also. I am yet to receive my advance also...

Rooms not clean Toilets not clean Towels are very dirty Beds are very dirty Manager are very rude and improve your behaviour to customer Customer not come your hotel for free stay we are paying per day 3500 rs . No one give a proper welcoming cleaning boy also have a same mind set .. 1star i give only for room location near by sea view.. but rooms are not worth for family. No restaurant near by. Inside rooms ac not working Fully dirty no cleaning properly Rats are in rooms eating our snacks. One point respect other state tourist you are eating a food our travels money only..

No wifi.. No power back up.. Worst service. Toilet not cleaned. There was no towel.. Even After waiting for half an hour after informing about this they didnot bring towel water and glass. We have to go to recption and collect it. Never go to this place

One of the budget friendly resort in this area. Its better to call it a lodge rather than a resort. It's right next to the sea, so if you're on the ground floor, you can even see the waves hitting against your windows. However, the rooms on the first floor are the best, with extended glass windows that provide a mesmerizing view. I'd say this place is more suited for bachelors rather than families or couples, as the rooms are on the smaller size and you can pretty much just sleep in them. Unfortunately, the toilets weren't very clean when I visited and I even saw cockroaches roaming around. During the night, you can enjoy the soothing sound of the waves hitting the sea stones. Just be careful not to go to the shoreline at night, as the waves can be pretty strong and can easily sweep you away. Staff could definitely improve their behavior. Also, be aware that the wifi can be a bit unreliable due to limited network coverage. I reported the issue to the staff, but they simply ignored it. There's a limited parking space available.

Worst room for family, used things and not cleaned rooms, used condoms are here in side rooms

Just look at the view The rooms are very clean Service is too good.. Just ask the things will be served to you It was a short duration plan... I wish I could stay some more days..

Worst experience I had. ACs were not doing well. No generator in case of power failure . Towels given were torn and damaged.
