Hotel Kalai

I think, they are Keeping Rooms for BAR license purposes only. Rooms are spacious but requires renovation. No buffet breakfast, Dosa and chapati were the available options. I chose Dosa with chutney, which was good.

Nice stay was in kalai hotel Kayamkulam ||Railway station very close to hotel just 1kim only ..||Had good foods from restaurants and having bar facilities. Any way nice hotelil city center ||Recommendad to all travelers ||||Bus station 3km||Railway 1km

We stayed at the hotel with friends and family. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly and available on call. However, there were some issues beacuse of which the rooms tarrif didn't justify the price. The air-conditioners were old and just few of them were little noisy. Flushes were not functioning properly in few rooms. Also, there was no hot water available in the suite rooms for the 2 days we stayed at the place. Instead they brought hot water to the rooms. The hospitality was amazing at the place as the staff was available on call to help with room service and any issues.

Excellent service and the staff was very professional and friendly. I stayed here with my family and had a good experience. Will definitely plan my visit again.

Great place for tasty food. The bar and restaurant are good place to relax and have drinks. Good service.

A very bad experience from staff and dirty room

Excellent location and hotel. All the rooms smelt dusty and the bed covers and pillows looked worn out. Probably because the hotel was shut down during the pandemic. Will rate it 5* once the hotel operates in full swing. Very helpful service. Rooms were big And ac worked full time. The musty smell was the only negative point
