Hotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, the experience was fantastic. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a very relaxing stay. The food is delicious, with a wide variety of options that cater to different tastes, and the service from the kitchen staff is prompt and friendly. A huge shoutout to the receptionists--they truly stand out for their warmth, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. They made check-in and check-out a breeze, and they were always ready with helpful recommendations and a friendly smile. Their attitude and dedication add so much to the hotel's atmosphere! However, I must mention that my impression of the management left something to be desired. The manager, who typically wears a black blazer, seemed unapproachable and his manner of communication was less than ideal for someone in a leadership role. Additionally, his attitude towards his team members didn't reflect the supportive environment you'd expect in a well-run hotel. It was surprising and a bit disappointing given the high quality of the rest of the service. In summary, this hotel is a gem with excellent rooms, fantastic food, and an exceptional front desk team. I hope that management addresses these small concerns, as a more respectful approach would benefit both staff and guests. Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel for the overall experience.

Very Clean and neat rooms, it's easy to access from the NH and have ample parking space. There is a local bar and restaurant inside the building. Staff's were very friendly and cooperative. Washrooms were very clean. The only demerit was there is no lift available. The morning breakfast was limited items but it was good in taste. Pricing seems to be little high compared to others.

Positives: 1. Room Quality: The room was clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant ambiance, making it a comfortable place to stay. The bathroom was spotless, adding to the overall good impression of the room itself. Negatives: 1. Reception Attitude: One of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the behavior of the reception staff. From the moment we arrived, they treated us as though we were renting the room for free. Their dismissive and unfriendly attitude made the check-in process unpleasant and left a bad first impression. 2. Lack of Elevator: The absence of a lift was a significant drawback, especially for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. This is something the hotel should seriously consider addressing. 3. Inflexible Checkout Policy: Despite checking in at 6 pm, the hotel was rigid about their checkout time. My request to extend the checkout to 2 pm was denied, which was disappointing given the late check-in. 4. Limited Space for Extra Bed: While an extra bed was allowed, the space available for it was cramped, making it uncomfortable for families or groups that require additional sleeping arrangements. 5. Service Delays: Towels were not provided in the bathroom and had to be requested from reception. This lapse in service efficiency further added to the inconvenience. Overall, while Park Residency provides a decent and clean room, the unwelcoming attitude of the staff, along with service and facility shortcomings, significantly detract from the experience. If there were other accommodation options nearby, I would have considered them.

Worst behaviour from the staff .please dont go there. Better to avoid this park residency
