Dense Villa Kuttampuzha

I had a wonderful experience at Dense Villa Kuttampuzha! It's a family-friendly place, perfect for a group getaway. The ambiance is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by nature, making it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. The property is well-maintained, and the pool is in excellent condition, providing a refreshing experience. It's also just a walkable distance to the river, which adds to the charm of the location. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met with warmth and care. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Looking forward to visiting again soon! -

On 20 April 2024 we (Four families including kids) booked this Villa. We had a bitter experience from the Owner/ Caretaker of the Villa Mr. Sabu. During evening at around 7:30 PM he came to the Villa under heavy influence of Liquor and disturbed our privacy and started misbehaving. We tried our level best to convince Mr. Sabu and told him to leave the place. Inspite of our efforts, he was reluctant to leave the place and started abusing us and threw away Grill and the dinner which we had ordered. As the situation went out of control we had to seek assistance from local police station. At last we had to leave the place at 9:30 PM as we did not feel safe there. He just spoiled a good weekend planned by us. It is my personal experience and anybody planning to visit the place may consider the above experience brought out by me.

Situated near a very nice river bank. The air is fresh. The location is peaceful They have extended the space to new floor,which is very good,neat rooms,balcony and views. The rooms in ground floor smelled very much unused, so had a foul moisture smell. The caretaker was a very nice and understanding man. Had a bbq set and Good parking. The pool is very small, just for namesake. Good for small parties.

Atmosphere is good but owner behaviour is very bad don't go with family ,

A perfect weekend getaway by the river. Nice place to relax and unwind from the busy schedule.. Staff is courteous. The place is quite affordable. The place is ideal for bachelors but at the same time secure for families. The owner of the place ensures that. The night stay could be followed by a couple of off-road adventure trips in and around Mammalakandam forest area.
