Hamilton Residency

This is a very nice, brand new hotel that is just a stone's throw away from the main road. The rooms are neat, bathroom clean and functional. They also have a good restaurant in the first floor with a very good selection of beverages that can cater to a wide range of customers. I had stayed here on the 17th of January 2025 for one night and my experience was very pleasant. From whatever little that I ate there, the food seemed to be very tasty and of sufficient quantity. Room service is quite good and the person in-charge at the Reception is very prompt in responding.

The hotel staff was nice, but there were quite a few issues. To name one there was a rat in the room. Breakfast is served very late past 9 AM which does not make sense if you want to beat the early morning traffic. Decent parking area. For those inclined to have wine or beer they do have a Bar for this. The Kerala Beverage shop is just 2 mins walk from the hotel for those who want something stronger

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. There was a rat in my room which scurried off through the drainage in the bathroom. Food options are less for dinner you have either Chappati's or Fried rice. Breakfast is after 9 am too late for travellers or tourists. They have a beer and wine bar

Very bad experience staying at Hamilton Residency The room was booked online and the charge was Very high to the service provided. When we reached the place it was found that there was nobody at the place and all the doors were closed. From the sticker found outside contacted the number given but it took 15 minutes to find one person responsible. The excuse he said was that the place is not opened so far and the inauguration is scheduled for May. Then why did they offer accommodation and receive payment online?. There was nothing available in the hotel. Not even drinking water. There was no food. There was nothing. The room had an old air conditioner. There was no toiletries not even a soap. The hotel had no lights and during power cuts no generators available. It was really a very bad experience to have stayed at Hamilton.

Worst experience ever. Totally not professional. Government should ban this property at the earliest. They aren't supposed to serve this hotel with 4 star billing. I can provide more details if required. And strange fact is that manager is not even willing to answer the questions of client! Totally disappointed and feeling empathy to the owner
