If you're considering staying at this hotel, I strongly advise against it. The rooms are unclean, and the bathroom was extremely untidy. There were mosquitoes in the room, and even the beds were not properly cleaned. My advice to the management: please work on improving the cleanliness and overall quality of the rooms.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this hotel. After checking out, I received a call from the staff claiming that the linen was missing from my room. To make matters worse, they even mentioned that they had "seen it on their cameras." This was baffling and highly suspicious. I was never informed of any missing items during my stay, and to suddenly hear this claim after I left was both unprofessional and unsettling. It's hard to understand how they could make such an accusation without any clear evidence, and it left me feeling deceived and upset. I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience. The lack of transparency and poor handling of the situation made it a truly negative stay.

My friends had a terrible experience with the hotel staff after they checked out. The hotel team called my friends accusing them of taking a linen, claiming that CCTV footage showed them doing so. Despite my friend's explanation that they had only taken an extra bed linen provided in their room, the hotel team persisted. It was unclear whether they were implying that there was a camera inside the room, which was concerning. After some time, they apologized, stating it was a housekeeping mistake, but this entire ordeal left my friends feeling humiliated. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, and staff should be properly trained to communicate with guests respectfully and verify facts before making accusations. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Me and my friends had a worst experience from the hotel staff after vacating. They rang up and was telling we had taken a linen and they saw in the CCTV that we had taken it even after our request to check on the extra bed in our room for the linen. I dont understand by saying he saw us taking it whether he meant the camera was in our room though later he apologized saying it was a mistake from house keeping staff.Such a staff shouldnt be hired who dont know how to communicate with guests.Will never suggest the hotel for anyone.

I had a very bad experience with the hotel. Me along with 2 of my colleagues occupied a room to attend a wedding which was happening near by. First of all, the rooms were ill maintained with dirty linen, leaking taps, inadequate services like no dental kit, no complimentary breakfast (very less options for the paid Breakfast)and even found cockroaches in the wardrobe. However we didn't raise an issue then as we had to stay for only about 10 hrs. But Once we checked out of the hotel we hada call from them that the linen we used was missing and accused us on taking it which they told that it was captured in the cctv. It was later informed that it was recovered and was their mistake. I wonder how can a staff misbehave to a customer without proper evidence? Also inorder to validate their argument, they even told about cctv capturing it. So does that mean they have kept cameras in your private rooms? Rather than being insensible, it is violating the basic right of privacy. Please avoid this hotel as it can be a traumatic experience.
