Amazing service was good food really tasty

Best place to stay in Kunnamkulam. Rooms were neat and clean. They should have included more items to the breakfast menu. Check in and check out during morning hours will take some time.

Quality has decreased to low level since last 3 years

The rooms were clean but the bathroom door was broken. The maintenance should have been better. If you are planning to check in earlier than 8 am you might have to wait for quite some time because you might find the reception unattended. I had stayed here for a wedding reception and i must appreciate the food served. The taste was super delicious. If the customer service and maintenance could be improved..it is a good place to stay

Worst place to stay, most of Staff are like criminals. Don't ever visit here.

Very bad services during a wedding engagement lunch party, the hotel's staff and their event management team's behavior was very bad. They changed the ordered food item to something that we didn't ordered. Low quality food. The suppliers are very arrogant and arguing nature because of their own malfunction. The main management didn't respond to any one of our queries and staff attitude.

Nice place. It's a comfortable place for small marriage function. Kunnamkulam is near to it.easy to reach there for long bus travellers. It's a completely air conditioned auditorium. It have lodging also and a bar also
