Best Value for money if you're planning to visit IIM k

It's in the heart of kunnamangalam. Easy to reach, and if you can ignore the sounds from outside like a knock on the door once in while, which I hope was probably for cleaning and such, it's a budget friendly stay where they allow unmarried couples. Hassle free check - in and plenty of parking space for two wheelers. There's a good hotel nearby ( Hotel Sangamam) which is open well into the night, like even at 2 : 00 am you can get good food from there. Its a great place for those with limited budget and a scooter.

Worst quality rooms filled with black fungus on walls. Dirty bedsheets, faulty ventilation in bathrooms, nasty washroom taps , unhygienic environment and the rooms does not even look as advertised.

Average budget friendly room

I don't understand why a star should be given and if there was 5 negative stars that's what I would rate this hotel. This looks a shaddy place, we checked into this room on the 22nd night of April 2024 at around 22.30 pm and my friend was paying the advance money for the day, We where carrying a big luggage for which I requested the receptionist to allow us to the room so as to keep the luggage, that guys was avoiding this request, finnally after a long time he asks his room boy to show the room and the room boy looks he is from Northeast, no offence to that. I said to the receptionist as a customer that the service initially is bad to my shock the room boy out of nowhere starts to quarrel with us to say that there is no room service and just pay and if you want stay here or get out, how rude it can get, we told him it is our right to give a feed back to the hotel but this particular room boy started to abuse us in his native language, since I could understand Hindi I knew it was abuses poured. Later from the incident I knew that he was provoking us since he has the SI of the area staying in that hotel on a month basis and even if we complain to the police nothing is going to be in favor for us. Be very careful to stay in this hotel. Even after this if you feel to take a room there all the best pay your own money and get abuses for free.

The location is far from town and facilities are not good as compared to hotels in town.
