I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel with my sister and kiddos, and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations! The rooms were incredibly spacious, immaculately clean, and perfectly equipped to accommodate our little tribe. The beds were comfy, and the linens were crisp and fresh. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious! We savored every bite, and the kids loved the variety of options available. What truly impressed us, though, was the sense of security and comfort we felt throughout our stay. The hotel's staff were warm, welcoming, and always available to assist us. I highly recommend this hotel to any ladies traveling with kids. It's the perfect haven for a relaxing, enjoyable, and worry-free getaway!

I recently had an unpleasant experience at this hotel due to the unprofessional behavior of the front desk lady. While the rest of the staff, particularly the night shift boy, were very polite and helpful, the conduct of the front desk lady was a stark contrast. It seems she holds a prejudiced view against guests who book their stays online. During my second visit within a week, I had a simple request, but instead of addressing it, she outright dismissed me, stating that the hotel cannot entertain any special requests for online bookings. Her attitude implied that guests who book online are seen as inferior or simply looking for discounts. It was clear this attitude stemmed from the pricing difference, the rates offered online were slightly lower than the high prices charged for direct bookings at the reception. If this discrepancy is an issue for the hotel, it would be better to adjust the online prices or avoid accepting such bookings rather than treating online guests disrespectfully. The front desk is the first point of interaction for any guest, and such unprofessional behavior reflects poorly on the establishment. However, I must acknowledge the night shift boy, whose excellent service and warm attitude made up for this unpleasant encounter to some extent. I urge the management to provide proper training to their front desk staff, especially on maintaining professionalism and treating all guests with respect, regardless of how they made their booking.

PATHETiC...no inhouse service for food inspite of boasting of coffee shop and resturant. It is non existence . When when to speak to reception he was busy on the phone ... Aad not at the hotel but people who give great reviews(are they paid) in severe contrast to reality. Guys just one word stay away when it comes to food.

Worst experience. They prefer serving to local crowd. As a North Indian. Avoid this place at all cost.
