VR RESIDENCY

One of the best accommodation options in the Karanthoor area. Ideally placed in the Wayanad Road. The rooms are well designed and spacious. The staff is very friendly and polite. Recently booked rooms for our relatives and they enjoyed the stay here.

It is a very good budget hotel. The location is very near to IIM and also NIT. Rooms are clean and easily accommodate 2 persons. They should provide a dental kit and a stool in the bathroom. They have a small kitchen for breakfast on the top floor. Breakfast has 2 south indian options and tea/coffee. But that is enough considering the room charges. The best part is the checkout time is 24 hrs.

Rates are high comoared to the facilities. I preferred for deluxe room, even then it is congested. Better to select any 3 star hotel in the same rate. No complimentary dental or shower kit available. Kettle not available.

As of September 27-29, 2024, this hotel is a great choice for visitors to KMCT, CWRDM, IIMK, and NIT. Parking is available in an open area, and the check-in and check-out processes are efficient. While there isn't an in-house restaurant, you can order from a nearby establishment. Overall, it offers clean rooms and commendable service from the cooperative staff. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

As of writing this review, July 2024, this hotel is apparently the best stay for a visitor to the KMCT, IIMK, NIT. Parking,though open, is available. Check-in and check-out were quick. No inhouse restaurant, but can order thru an unique QR code accessed WhatsApp system of the nearby Ajwa Restaurant. Coffee can be ordered from the hotel itself..
