Coconut Island - Private Island in the backwaters close to Guruvayur.

The house we stayed in was a good size for two or three people. The washing facilities very adequate. Aswathy Cooked magnificent feasts with snacks in between lunch and dinner. We took advantage of the river boat ride up the Karuvannur River towards the sea. We stopped at the famous mangrove forest and observed bird life. A beautiful ride as the sun set we returned to Coconut Island. Excellent Hospitality was foremost in our host, Suresh.|

Such a beautiful and peaceful stay with a whole island just to ourselves! The extremely warm hosts (Sureshettan, Malikachechi, Ashwathychechi, Gopiettan) and the delicious authentic Kerala-style food prepared by them makes the stay truly extraordinary.

Its a great option for family. The room can accomodate upto a maximum of 3 to 5 people. They offer good homely food. Its a small island and the activities there is limited. But its a beautiful place. Boating in the Enamavu lake can be availed from the nearby resort.

we a group of 16 visited here during Christmas holidays. the location was super. the rooms are just ok. the food was tasty but quantity wise not satisfied. overall a pleasant experience.

We were a group of 30 and we spend around 3 hrs at coconut Island. We had a nice lunch and all of us enjoyed the stay at the Island . The island is kept clean and virgin .

One of the best place to stay if you are nature loving guy, like to be completely isolated from city and surrounded by river/ back waters. Its a private island owned by Mr.Suresh. The hospitality by Mr.Suresh and team were fabulous ! Mr.Suresh was very caring and even took care of small needs of ours. He is a master of hospitality, of-course from his 27 years of service in this field we realised. Thank you Mr.Suresh ! One of the main highlights is the food cooked by Mallika and her daughter Achu ! Whatever the dishes they had cooked on breakfast, lunch, snacks or dinner were all finger licking. We could feel the passion and the love they had put while cooking. It was unlimited and lot of varieties. My family had a very fabulous and fantastic time here. Memories to cherish ! We have decided we will be staying here whenever we will be visiting Thrissur. I very highly recommend this place for a stay for a family or group of 4/5.

As a modern individual accustomed to relying on platforms like MakeMyTrip, venturing into a stay without their assistance was a departure from my usual routine. However, the allure of this beautiful place convinced me to take the leap, and I am so glad I did. From the moment I arrived at the pickup point and was greeted by Mr. Suresh's warm smile against the backdrop of a stunning locale, I felt an immediate sense of assurance that I had made the right decision. Over the course of three days spent at the resort with my wife and our 2-year-old daughter, it became a truly remarkable experience. Secluded from the hectic pace of city life, I relished every moment of my stay. The delectable food exceeded my expectations, featuring authentic Kerala cuisine that left me eagerly anticipating each meal. The accommodations were exceptional, providing a very comfortable room equipped with all the amenities one could desire, including air conditioning, hot water, and refreshing pure air. I could continue praising the countless positive aspects of my stay, as it truly was an experience that everyone should have. I am already looking forward to my next vacation at Coconut Island.
