Kumbanad Heritage Hotel

Our family had a wonderful lunch at your restaurant today. The hotel is very beautiful and located in a lovely spot. We were truly impressed with everything--from the ambiance and cleanliness to the quality of food and service. Every dish we tried was extremely delicious, and each member of our family kept talking about how tasty the food was. The staff were kind and attentive, and the overall experience was simply superb. Thank you for making our day special. We'll definitely visit again and recommend your hotel to others!

This review is only for the dining experience at Kumbi Diner and not the hotel per se as we did not stay there. We were looking forward to a pleasant experience given that the Hotel is a first of its kind in the Kumbanad area. However we were terribly dissapointed with the service and the food. First of the waiter messed up our order quantities and items ordered even after clarifying it to him repeeatedly. We had also requested him to bring the tea along with the food which he forgot. Additionally since we were a part of over 15 people we requested him to serve the starters atleast but he said its not possible for him as it would be diffixult to maneavoure around the table. Secondly coming to the food. The chicken lollypop served was raw and pink inside and not cooked. All my guests were left with a bad taste in their mouth. All the other food items were below average and not becoming of a star hotel. Given that this is a star hotel, there is incredible potential for this restaurant but it is wasted without good food and good service. Request the owners to look into the menu and the chef and the service staff as the restaurant has the potential to be a great fine dine restauarant in the area.

Kumbanad lacked a good hotel experience. There were hardly any restaurants near Kumbanad Junction that offered good meals. I think Kumbanad Heritage Hotel fills that gap. The food is really tasty, and the service is excellent. The staff are very polite and customer-friendly. The rooms are well-maintained and in great condition. One drawback I noticed is that the suite room doesn't quite give the feel of a suite. Otherwise, everything is fantastic.

We stayed here on 24th to 25th April 2025 and it was an amazing experience. This property is located near Kumbanad church and the location is so calm, clean and fresh air just adds up to the value. Great value for money, the restaurant serves very good food. The staff were very helpful. One suggestion would be to have a swimming pool and a gym, which I believe they will add for sure.

Kumbanad Heritage Hotel is a place with warm-hearted, hospitable and courteous staff that is always ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We have stayed there more than once since it has opened and the experience gets better with each visit. The food is authentic ,traditional and hygienic. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. It was a pleasure staying at the Kumbanad Heritage Hotel and I would like to commend the staff for the excellent upkeep of the facilities.

We visited today with family for Vishu Sadhya. Food was fresh, authentic & delicious. Above all it was served with passion, humility & the classic Indian hospitality. This was our second visit to the restaurant & we all came back very pleased. Staff is very attentive & helpful. We will definitely be visiting again.
