StayVista at Cheppanam House in Kochi | 3 BHK Premium Villa

We stayed at cheppanam house for 2 days and i must say this is the best stay for us in Kerala. The food, the ambience, the hospitality.. everything is top notch. Manager, caretaker ramesh and chef all the 3 were really helpful and always ready to accommodate any requests even if it's last minute. The house itself is located in such a peaceful set up opening up to the backwaters. This is hardly an hour from fort kochi, we can't recommend it enough

Touching the backwaters this is one the best places I have stayed ever. Manicured lawns, clean property and huge space. Top class service (Specially Mr. Kuruvilla) was unbelievably helpful. It's a heritage property with every piece of wood accounted for and age n tree recorded. A beautiful blend of old with modern amenities The food they served (on payment basis) was mind blowing. Loved the putty, appam, Fied fish and everything else they served. Worth every penny we spent.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay here past 2 days. The location, views , property is really beautiful. Sudheer chef is a master ...we loved his cooking- seafood & knowledge of local cuisine . Ramesh caretaker are extremely hospitable & friendly. Had the most memorable stay here. The cottage itself is a masterpiece. The sprawling & manicured lawns are an a treat to the eyes. Watched the most amazing sunrise from here. To top it all... They have a Kayak too, which the boys took out for an hour in the backwaters. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

The stay was great, the place is better than what is shown in the photos. We were awestruck by the views. The approach road for a small stretch of 500m is very narrow other than that we had no issues. Swiggy and Zomato deliver to this location so everything was sorted. The cook there made delicious local breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at Cheppanam House! The property is stunning--immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by serene surroundings. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. A special mention to the chef, who prepared exceptional meals that made our experience even more memorable. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making it a truly enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Very calm and peaceful place surrounded by nature. The service was also amazing. Mr. Kuruvilla shared fascinating stories about the design and architecture of the house and how it was built. The chef Lal provided very homely food but it was slightly on the expensive side. All in all a very satisfying stay.

Absolutely great stay at Cheppanam House. Things we enjoyed about the property and why I would recommend - Beautiful backyard garden with the best view of the backwaters (Insta-worthy location and architecture) and the service at the property - Amazing Chef who cooked the most homely meals and accomodated our requests and a caretaker who was always helpful attending to our needs. Don't miss the backwater fishing experience, the simplest but the most relaxing thing.
