Value for money and location proximity to hospitals , railway station , bus stand and malls. Do not expect any in room dining.. there are. Plenty of restaurants around at walkable distances or you can do swiggy .. courteous staff.

The reason for 2 star service is because of the staffs at reception. Usually staffs at reception greet when guest arrives and it usually brings a good environment for the guest. They weren't rude but they dint even smile. I think this need to be addressed as it is a very important factor when deciding our stay. This is not a complaint . This is a request.

Visiting Welcare after the ownership change. Overall a good option to stay near the calicut city. The staff were very prompt in helping me with my AC turning on issues. The bedding was comfortable and the furniture provided was sufficient for my work. Although I wish they provide a small teapoy. The bathrooms were very well maintained but the Moisturizer provided felt very old. They can certainly refurbish the older switchboards that are broken (This did not affect my stay at all). Recommended to solo Travellers!

Absolutely nusatisfied. Terrible team. I checked in at 11 in the night and only could sleep by 2:30-3 o clock as I had to change 4 rooms as something must be malfunctioning in the room, ac not working, room not clean, broken taps etc. Very unprofessionally managed . Had waited till the next day to report to the manager and the lady was playing around giving excuses and when i told il be going to the consumer court even then no change. The manager told it renovations works and going on and thats the reason, and i told thats not a valid reason as you can only rent out rooms once renovations are done and not while inbetween and she said its not possibke to shut down the whole space . Utter shame to the management for running a business so unprofessionally.

The rooms are not like how it's represented in the images. It's smaller than how it is seen. The breakfast is absolutely rubbish. Highly recommended to not pay for the breakfast buffet. Adding an image of the lobby area along with videos of the rooms and dining hall.

Need to improve a lot socket repair and panel of the socket coming out of the board tv is not working water leakage on the wall make a smell in room otherwise service good . Good receptionist

It was a good place, rooms were clean and cozy. Located at the heart of the city with lots of options to eat and visit nearby.

I came early morning and the registration was quick. I had a problem with unlocking the door using a standard key (not electronic). The breakfast is served 8:00-10:00. Is served Indian food, with the option to order an omelet. Tasty Indian tea. The room is clean, but there is no toilet roll paper by default. The bed is comfortable. Nearby there many offices, and restaurants.
