Treebo Darwesh Residency

I am a regular customer of Treebo and have usually found their rooms to be spacious with excellent facilities. However, my stay at Treebo Darwesh Residency was quite disappointing. The room was small and congested, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, causing body pain, and the rate charged--2000 for a one-night stay--felt disproportionately high for the experience offered. There was no hot water provided in the morning, and the quality of water was poor. Additionally, the washroom ceiling had visible dents and damage. The complimentary breakfast appeared to be offered without much interest or care. Only a small quantity--2 pooris and 2 appams--was kept, with no one available to assist or serve. We couldn't find anyone for help or even basic service during breakfast hours. The only notable positive was that the room and premises were clean and well-maintained.

The advantage of this hotel is the walkable distance from the Calicut railway station. Rooms are well maintained but very small rooms and the dental kit toiletries are not provided. Very minimal parking space.

Very bad service and the rooms are not hygienic and here people speak double standards i don't like this , and breakfast is pathetic , there kept breakfast timings from 8 am to 10 am , but we went 9.30 am the manager is saying all are finished you need to come 9 am , when there own state customer comes at 11 am then is giving good hospitality fresh food , this is here in Kerala happen , that call double standards. Waste money . And time here.

This property is right near the railway station. This is a decent property with neat and clean rooms with a decent service and good breakfast. And even have a decent amount of parking space

Location was ok. In room i found an intoxicant like somebody calls it "cool". Bad experiance. Congested parking area. Food was good.

I just booked a stay for my friend. The staff is polite, but the service is terrible. I already reported a bathroom flush issue, and they promised to fix it, but nothing was done. The WiFi is extremely slow, and the room doesn't justify its price. It feels old, though it has some modern touches in their booking things.

Very disappointed stay,,we booked room for 3 adults and they gave one double room without extra bed and after asking they provided one extra bed.they didn't provide towel for the 3rd person. The room was a corner room with a pillar inside and very congested..very small room.parking facilities is very poor.

Worst Experience.The pictures are photoshped.Perfectly unprofessional.I booked theough Agoda.The first room i got had foul smell l.So they alloted another,it seemed ok at first but later I started to sneeze as the room got too much fine dust .Worst mistake in my life
