The customer service! The Welcome the hospitality was truly five-star! Travelling for business as a solo female traveller felt like a breeze cause of their first class services, customer service and proactive approach! As a non-native language speaker they have well-spoken staff that made sure I was well taken care of attended too at all times! In my long duration of stay for two weeks they become safe familiar faces! Resto Luxe food was amazing and I've almost had everything from their menu! Truly a luxury hotel and they have brought and focused on the most tiniest details! Im glad I picked Tiara by MPS for my stay

We celebrated our first wedding anniversary at Hotel Tiara, Kozhikode, and it was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality. Special thanks to Jagasree, Jesin and Rajeswari from the staff -- both were incredibly cordial, attentive, and made us feel truly special. The ambience was elegant and peaceful, perfect for our celebration. And the food was absolutely delicious -- every dish we tried was packed with flavour and beautifully presented. We're so glad we chose Hotel Tiara for this special occasion. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy yet classy stay in Kozhikode!

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The housekeeping staff is excellent.|The front desk team is friendly and always ready to help, especially Ms. Adithya, who goes above and beyond without even being asked. She is always smiling and truly an ideal employee for such a place. I sincerely wish her continued success in her career, and I hope the hotel management recognizes and rewards her outstanding service.|All the staff are exceptional, and choosing this hotel was a great decision.|I highly recommend it to all our brothers from the Gulf region.|My rating: 10/10.

Our stay at Tiara by MPS turned out to be one of the best choices during our visit to Calicut. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast spread and top-notch service that truly stood out.||||Its location is a major plus--right next to Gokulam Mall and a cinema, making shopping and entertainment very convenient. The lamb biriyani at their restaurant is a must-try--generously portioned and rich in flavor.||||We also appreciated the well-maintained gym facilities, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers.

Had a wonderful dinner at Tiara last night! The food was absolutely delicious-we especially loved the braised chilli fish and fish nilaavu, which was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The staffs were courteous, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. A special shoutout to F&B manager Mr. Prakash, Restaurant manager Mr. Saran, Asst Restaurant Manager- Mr. Athul, Captian- Mr. Eldo & Miss Ashiga for their excellent services. Overall, a great experience-l'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality dining experience.

New Property, clean, professional. Great hospitality. Very good bed, linen and amenities. Great food too. Only disappointment is that the swimming pool is right in front of a meeting hall/venue with a lot of foot fall and only has a glass partition. It would be really uncomfortable to use the swimming pool while there is an event going on and there are too many staffs moving around to prepare for an event.
