SPOT ON Royal

Amenities are too bad. The door lock was tampered. Window glasses were broken. Untidy room. In effect, the bathroom had no lock. And it was not hygienic. Bed covers was not neat.

We got this room for 492 Rs from Goibibo. Room was neat and spacious with neat washroom. Its worth for this price. It is located in highway side.. easily accessible.. with good parking facility

Beeing cheated by oyo, irresponsible behaviour from the costumer service team! I have lost my 290 rs as there payment,Before getting hottel details have to pay the advance amount to Oyo service team

Huge confusion caused by Oyo and the hotel people. I had to pay extra money to get my stay, even though I paid in full for my reservation. Please call the guy before reaching the hotel. Very far from Calicut.

Worst room ever. Full of mosquitoes. Fan not working properly. I believe the bedsheets were not cleaned either. But the staff was good. Great hospitality

Its ok for bachelors. Better don't accompany with family here, the place seems to be odd. The ambience is not fit for families and ladies

Decent place for a night stopover , ok accommodation, clean toilet, Very good parking.
