Sea Queen Hotel

Great location.The rooms were neat though one one of the pillow covers had an unsightly stain. The wifi kept dropping due to lose wires and there was a delay in rectifying. The food was great. Overall a good stay but can be improved with a little more better housekeeping.

My experience was not up to the standard I had expected, and I believe it is important for you to be aware of the issues I encountered during my stay. We checked in on Apr 22 and checked out on 23rd April. When we arrived at the reception area, there was no ac and not even a cooler or a fan. During this hot season and especially when we are coming with family including kids, it is hectic to handle this kind of situation. As per reception, the ac outage was because of some maintenance work. Even though there is maintenance work, as a three star hotel you should find alternative solution to keep the area cool. The room corridor smells like bad toilet and the cleanliness was very poor.The overall hygiene standards do not appear to be maintained, and this is affecting the quality of living environment. When we checked into the room, the air conditioning in our four rooms also was not working properly, and due to our repeated complaints to the front desk, it was resolved around 2 am. Washrooms were smelling cigarettes. Even though we booked deluxe room, the standard was just a normal room only. It was not worth what I had paid. The customer service I received was unsatisfactory. On multiple occasions, I had to wait long periods for assistance, and I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. I had chosen your hotel based on its reputation and three star rated but unfortunately, my experience was far from the level of service I had anticipated. My family and friends came along with us thoroughly disappointed with the service.These issues significantly impacted our stay. I had complained the same thing before left the hotel. I will give only zero star for the service and rooms. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to this complaint.

I did not stay at the hotel. Went there to grab a drink with a friend. Excellent location and the rooftop bar has an excellent view. I had a slightly unpleasant experience with a group of drunk young men at the next table, who were being very intrusive. I really wish the staff had been mindful and stepped in. I did not make a complaint cos Kozhikode is a new city for me. But I don't know if I would recommend the space to solo women travellers.

Check-in was quick and efficient, and they were always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The service staff throughout the hotel were equally impressive--professional, courteous, and always attentive. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, making my stay smooth, comfortable, and relaxing. Went here for having food at its roof top eating place. Had tasty food by overlooking the sea. The hotel is located very close to the Kozhikode beach. It has sufficient parking space too.

highly recommend, I suggested this place to my friend, and they truly never disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. Special thanks to Mr. Midhun, who stood out with his excellent service attitude. He ensured everything was perfect, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. A big thumbs up to the team at Sea Queen Hotel for maintaining such high standards. I'll definitely be coming back.

Very bad service had at roof top restaurant of sea queen hotel, staffs are not co operative as per our request. And the atmosphere was not that good there was mosquitoes, the light was not working, table was in defective condition, the billing printer was not working. Even though we waited to get our ordered food but we got only soup as a starter that also after 1.5hrs waiting. Price of dishes are 5star but the service is at worst. If you are that hungry not recommend to go this hotel.
