The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a fantastic location in the heart of the city. It's conveniently close to the train station, bus stop, and also transportation available to the airport, making it easy to get around. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful, providing top-notch services. I would definitely choose Royal Plaza City again for my next stay in Calicut

I initially booked for 4 nights planning to work during the day and tour the city in the evenings. I had called ahead to confirm that the wifi was good and working, which they assured me that it was. However, there was no wifi in my room and the staff was very nonchalant about it. They kept giving me false information and misleading hints on when it would be fixed (it wasn't). The rooms are all quite small, much smaller than they appear in the picture. There was no table or chair in my room. The staff all seemed very disinterested to me and did not come across as helpful. The room was very dirty - there was hair on the floor and tiles were broken in many places. They have a no visitors policy which they do not advertise in the site. It was overall a very bad experience and I modified my booking to just one night and left the place. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Not worth for paying the amount. It costs online booking 1500/- that we got the room with mosquitoes and not that clean floor. We were already tired and wet due to rain so we're not able to find another hotel at last moment. I don't know why people has given 4.4 I request people please share real reviews so that if anyone like us, new in the city always depends upon your review and rating. Honesty matters. Whole night mosquitoes bite us does this really we can except? Didn't find any hotel like this that AC is not working properly too. Though the staff was good and but how can I give 4 or 5 stars for the staff, if I didn't get the good enough service.

I recently stayed at the Royal Plaza City , and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The location of the hotel is also convenient, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kozhikode for its cleanliness, great service, and overall value.

Double bedroom is very very small. Family cannot stay. Also TV was not working and hotel staff couldn't fix it. Ideal for bachelors.

I recently stayed here and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and my room was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. However, there was a significant issue with the water supply during my stay. On the first night, there was no water available from the tap, and it took about half an hour before it started flowing again. Unfortunately, the next morning, there was no water available in the toilet either. This was quite inconvenient, especially when you expect basic amenities to function without issue. To their credit, the hotel staff quickly responded by shifting me to another room, where everything worked fine. While I appreciated their prompt action, the initial lack of water was a major drawback in an otherwise pleasant stay. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure future guests have a more consistent experience. That's why i would like to give only 3 stars

Good experience. Around 2 kilometres from the railway station. Neat rooms. Good service, we just call them to clear the mess that we had and the next moment they came and clear all. They charged 3 bed 2 rooms 4400 4 bed 1 room. 2800 Extra bed 2. 1000 Total amount. 8200. Seems like a fair price. Rooms are air-conditioned. Have a cable tv connection. Heater is there, spacious rooms. Enough parking Overall good property.

My husband Abhilash and I recently stayed at Royal Plaza City , and it was a very good experience. From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was peaceful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment.The Room is spacious and comfortable, and their staff behaviour is excellent ( special thanks to Hannan). I would definitely stay here again in the future.
