Rotano Glitz Inn - Glitz Inn Calicut

I recently stayed here for a single night as part of an engagement function. Unfortunately, my stay was incredibly unpleasant. * Reception: The receptionist was extremely rude and seemed disinterested in accommodating guests. * Room Condition: The room was dirty, and the AC unit was full of dust. To make matters worse, I encountered bed bugs and cockroaches during my stay. * Parking: The parking space was very narrow and difficult to maneuver in. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced. I would strongly advise against staying here. Never staying here again."

I wouldn't even give it one star..before checking into the property I had called not once but twice I even asked the receptionist im ready to pay I'll just do everything online for smooth checking in..he said not required yu can come and do it here no problem...later I called again in the evening to ask if there are rooms,he said yes...asked us to come over..I had already mentioned it will be a problem for me I have a small daughter can't find rooms later if there will be no availability..once I went to the property the receptionist I spoke to wasn't there..and the other guy was arguing with me regarding the rooms and the prices..midnight I had to find some other property.. highly recommend to go to somewhere else.

I went there because I had 2 days of official business at MIMS. Proximity to hospital is very good 200 m. Beds had bed bugs and corridors smelled of raw chicken. Receptionist was very rude and food was average only. Rooms were ok with good ac and 24 hrs hot water supply.

I stayed at Glitz Inn Hotel in Calicut for three days, and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in a nice, central location, which made getting around easy. The service was excellent, and the cleanliness and hygiene standards were top-notch. The air conditioning and other amenities were perfect, making my stay comfortable. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay in Calicut!

Very Worst experience i have ever faced.I changed room 2 times after Check-in..AC was not properly working, bathroom cleaners was very very bad...Never recommending for couples..

Very good experience, neat and clean. Family ambiance , good behavior of staffs. Everyday Cleaning, they provided good nd quality complimentary breakfast. Drinking water also provided .I really recommended this place for families.

A fine place to stay near Kozhikode town. Rooms are superb, neat n clean & bathroom too. But I had faced a problem regarding water in the bathroom. Services are good, but we are tempt to be service man for ourselves often, which makes it uncomfortable . Parking also felt a bit difficult though it is a congested slot beneath the building.

The treatment by the receptionist on arrival was very unpleasant. The key cards provided didnt work and when asked for they just provided us with the key to open the door. The A/C in the room was not cooling as expected and the washrooms were not clean at all and they didn't have hot water. Overall experience is very unsatisfactory
