I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was infested with bed bugs (muutttt) making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The level of hygiene was appalling, with dirty sheets and an overall unhygienic environment. The foul smell in the room was unbearable, and there were mosquitoes everywhere, adding to the misery. The only positive aspect was the low fare and the convenient location, but these do not compensate for the severe discomfort and lack of cleanliness. I would strongly advise against staying here unless you are prepared to sacrifice your health and well-being for a cheaper price.

It is too bad .Don't take rooms there .Take Rooms in Select Residency.

Pros- 1). Located very near to the railway station. So you don't worry about transportation facilities and food. 2). Lowest price in this area. 3). Cooperative staff ' Cons- 1) It's slightly old building. 2) The outside walls of bathroom are wet as they haven't done water proofing properly. 3) The whole set up is not attractive. Verdict It's a nice deal if you don't care about looks and if your wallet is not that much fat.

Clean and neat rooms. Affordable price. Its located very close to Railway station in the link road. There are restaurants nearby. Palayam bus stand is at walk able distance from the hotel. For reaching the main bus stand you may need to catch an auto

Good rooms, hotels and cinema theaters are nearby, well maintained ones, affordable rates, very close to the railway station, I stayed for 1 day, For a single room they charged me 350 only,. Good room service too. Tea will be served to your door

The worst and unhygienic hotel I have ever seen. Rooms were unhygienic, bad odour in room and washroom, uncleaned Lenin's. Overall unpleasant stay, infact I chose to change the hotel within half an hours check in.

Okay kind of rest place. Affordable price. Not recommend for those who want to enjoy their stay. Just go there, take rest and check out at very low rent. 24 hrs check out is there. Near to Railway station and market is at walk away.

One of the best places to stay in Kozhikode. Pretty near to the Kozhikode Beach. Not very far from the market area. Very well maintained. Good service. Courteous staff. |Good value for money, can even negotiate a bit.
