Park Residency Palayam

Worst room service logic. Plates are not provided if food is ordered from outside. These guys has only 4 menu ( fried rice, noodle- veg and chicken) I wanted to try biriyani so ordered from outside. Room service and reception guys not providing plates to Room Room service guys from kitchen are behaving so rude , they are not concerned on customer service. I urge management to please look into customer service first rather on earning money from kitchen or improve your food menu so customer gets options to choose what he/she wants to eat.

Stayed for one night and appreciated the neat and clean room, as well as the cleanliness of the toilet. Breakfast was good and overall, things were positive. However, the checkout process left a very bad impression. Despite my request, the room verification was conducted without my presence. The staff who did checking informed of a missing consumable, a chocolate from the refrigerator, and demanded payment. When I objected, they rechecked the inventory and later confirmed that the item had never been placed in the room by room service. This felt insulting, and the staff's attitude lacked respect for guests. Unfortunately, this single incident overshadowed the otherwise positive experience. Please educate your staff to be more attentive and empathetic and value your clients.

Park Residency at Palayam, Calicut is conveniently located near Kozhikode Railway station and is part of a wide range of Park residency hotels in Ernakulam, Thrissur, Kottayam, Pathanamthitta and Kannur. The deluxe A/C room we had booked was great in terms of the ambiance and coziness and had a mini bar attached. The first floors were having separate AC and Non AC bars and at evening it can be seen crowded. The only down side I felt was we were not getting Hot water at anytime and when we complained this on next day morning to the person in the receptionist, he had a lukewarm response and told it will come without bothering to send someone from their staff to check. We left the place after bathing in cold water.. Overall a good place if you have to stay near railway station and near some prime locations in the city. 4/5 stars...

Very bad experience about this hotel ... we are also same fields of hotels we never accept like a hospitaly from this kind of hotels .... It's not good for families .. I think it's only made for bachilors then they can make it inventory like that option .... "" the bar is in front of the property after we can came to reception by passing through this bar most of locales are they r in front of the gate ... we the customers get more uncomfortable to experience that .... THE MAIN TO SHARE THAT THE STAFF WHO IN THE OPERATION DEPARTMEMT IS GUNDA ... Extremely the behavior like that ... that doesn't taken in the scene of guest we are ..... if we talk like the families can't stay at this property like the manner ... they tell Taht if u want u can stay or we can leave... we already paid the amount in online taht y we request to cancel other wise if directly we came to property we know that if want we can take other wise we can quite ... don't need of there comments just remember that at spot at the time we inform the online team to degrade this hotel ... Becaouse it's a gunda system Is there ..... ...... Definitely degrade is need to this property....... From Hotel team All The hotels have bar ... but deffintly we should keep dignity of hotels tooo ! Other wise they can choose the option only the stay for bachilors..... Ver very bad experience ... The staff are extremely rude and behave like gundaas system ....

Customer service was worst Hot water was not coming in tap ans when we asked they made us to wait for 45 min and finally we used cold water only . Reception boy was telling its not their fault , its our fault to leave at 9 for office . They didn't even address the inconvenience. Please make sure the boy at 9 am shift on 30-11-2024 is behaving so bad . He was shouting also

We recently stayed at Park Residency Palayam and had a mixed experience. The hotel's prime location is undoubtedly its strongest selling point, with the Kozhikode Railway Station and iconic SM Street within walking distance. Our room was immaculately maintained, neat, and tidy, which was a great start to our stay. However, the room service left much to be desired. We requested an extra towel twice, but unfortunately, it never arrived. The hotel has a bar attached which became a bit awkward in evening with people giving you stares. Limited option in buffet, this could be improved

Very bad customer service and parking facility. Not recommend for family. Management focused only on bar.
