Unclean, Unhygienic, Poor Maintenance, Poor Service. Rooms are congested with not even a table to keep your stuff on. Just a small wardrobe to stuff everything. In my case the AC was dysfunctional but so worked somehow. Carry a container to hold water. Even though they have drinking water availability. The pros are its apt distance from the town giving you ample privacy and also decent accessibility to resources. Honestly, I don't think its worth 800-850. P.S. A minimum of 800 has to be spent to get the room if booked via online platforms. Or else they'll make you pay up.

This is meant for unmarried couples to spent some private time and not for married couples or family. They won't clean the rooms as you can see hairs on the blanket and on floor. Also they will charge you extra if you book from make my trip as they say they need 800rs for the cheapest room

We have booked a room in this property few days ago via OYO app. They have accepted the booking, took a token advance and confirmed my booking. I tried to contact the property to confirm once again but they never took my calls. On the morning of scheduled stay, we got a message from OYO saying that the property has to cancel my booking due to technical reasons. They asked for a change in property option but never given one. Due to this Meadow hotel and the 'great' OYO service we had got into so much troubles. Very poor service from both the parties.

Worst experience in my own city. Please no one should book a room in here. I had very bad experience, with cigarette smell and also untidy toilets and the worst part not a fan or ac is working properly. Better to book any other hotels. Congested rooms, very bad service. Attitude of the reception guy was like I came to have a free stay there. Only requirement for me was a room with a provision for hot water facility. Morning when i called in the number from reception, his reply was wait till 8 am, he is available at 6. Never even by mistake take a room here. Kozhikodu is known for hospitality, my experience here was disappointing.

Suitable for travellers looking for a one night stay. The rooms were clean and met our expectation for the price range. . The receptionist was little bit rude, he behaved like we were there to stay for free.

Bit difficult to find this place. This is an average maintained hotel. No toiletries, if we ask will get soap. No TV. The receptionist was helpful. Car parking is available on ground floor.

It was worst place we ever stayed, very smelly coats, I think the bed was not washed since many days, lots of dust inside the room, There is no receptionist, room boy & nothing... the place may be ok who's traveling alone and looking only money, Not at all recommendable for couple or family. these types place can't call HOTEL, can say LODGE.. Need to improve a lot then they will have lots of opportunity..
