I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Nexstay treats inn Hotel! The location was ideal, situated right in the bustling center of the city, making it super convenient to explore local attractions. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service from the staff. They were not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly attentive. The parking staff were particularly helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process and assisting with my vehicle whenever I needed it. Their professionalism made a big difference. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive as well. My room was spotless, and the common areas were well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Nexstay treats inn Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and a prime location

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I accidentally left some of my belongings behind and immediately tried to contact the staff--but they've been completely unresponsive. No calls back, no follow-up, and no effort to help. It's extremely unprofessional and upsetting, especially when guests trust a place with their personal items. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you value proper customer service or basic accountability.

About 2-3kms from Calicut main beach. Rooms were okay, but wasn't as expected. Located at busy area and the public transportation from there is good. There were many shops, bakery and restaurants near to the stay, so it's nice to get everything nearby and need not to travel again for food and all...

It was a very disappointing experience. The staff were not respectful or friendly, which made me feel unwelcome throughout my stay. The room was far from worth the price I paid--it didn't meet basic expectations in terms of quality or comfort. I expected much better service and accommodations for the cost. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely won't be returning.

I had a very disappointing stay from start to finish. The check-in process was unpleasant, and the staff were consistently rude throughout. The so-called deluxe room felt more like a cramped chicken coop, with barely enough space to move around. The staff seemed to think they could mask their rudeness with a smile, but it didn't help. Overall, it was an awful experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Do not book room here. The worst hotel I would say honestly. The take money in advance and trap us. After check in, we noticed no hot water. And after some time total water supply was stopped. We stayed without water. The bedsheets and blankets were dirty. Photos attached. Phone not working to call reception.
