Nexstay Kassaba Inn

I stayed at Nexstay Kassaba Inn for one night, and it was a truly comfortable experience. The rooms were luxurious enough for the price -- at 2000 per night, it was absolutely worth it considering the comfort and service offered. The bathroom was clean, which is always a big plus. The location is also a strong point -- easily accessible and near Jail Road. They also offer a parking facility, which made things more convenient. What stood out most was the **top-notch customer service**. The staff were polite, helpful, and attentive. Overall, a great value stay that I'd definitely recommend.

I had a great stay at Nexstay Kassaba Inn! The rooms were nice, clean, and quiet, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is also excellent. However, I do want to note that the hotel rates can be a bit steep if you book directly. But, if you book online, you can get a much better deal and make it more budget-friendly. One thing to keep in mind is that breakfast is not included, so you'll need to plan accordingly. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Hotel Bella for its great location and comfortable rooms, just be sure to book online for the best rates!"

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel during two separate events. On both occasions, the staff exhibited rude and unprofessional behavior--shockingly, they switched off the AC and lights in the middle of official programs without any prior notice, causing serious inconvenience to our guests. Additionally, the parking facilities are severely limited and congested. Most attendees had no choice but to park along the roadside, and several even received traffic fines due to this poorly managed situation. Given the repeated issues and lack of courtesy, we strongly do not recommend this venue for any professional gatherings or events. A basic level of service and respect should be the minimum--unfortunately, this property failed on both counts.

Rude and irresponsible behaviour by staff, cobweb rooms, shaky closet and dirty toilets! Booked the rooms and called them 3 times in proper intervals to confirm everything as we were arriving late. Nobody attended or called back. When I enquired about this at reception, they said they dont call back to unknown numbers!!! (crazy) Given a room key and we had to check in the room without being accompanied by anyone. Biggest surprise was that the room was used by someone with used bottles, thrown blanket and shitt in closet. After waiting for 5 mins, they took us to another room without even saying an apology. And the condition of the room is given above.

Stayed for a night at the deluxe room. I booked through an online platform, which offered a significantly lower rate than what the hotel reception quoted on call (2240 for deluxe and around 2800 for suites). The room was spacious and clean, along with amenities like a kettle, tea/coffee supplies, and two water bottles. Toiletries were provided, although toothbrush and toothpaste were missing. On request, they even provided an iron box. Room service was timely and efficient. The room also had an Android TV with access to Hotstar, Prime Video, and Netflix, though Netflix wasn't working properly during my stay. The hotel is located in a prime area, offering easy access to major spots in Calicut city. Considering the level of service and cleanliness, the rates (even the reception's pricing) seem reasonable, especially compared to other providers in the vicinity. I look forward to visiting again. If you're booking, I'd recommend checking online platforms for better deals.

Nice place. Rooms are neat and look like they have been recently refurbished. The bathrooms could have been better. Please note that this hotel does not allow any guests to the room.

A perfect stay at Calicut just 3km away from the beach. Spacious and clean rooms. They offered good quality buffet breakfast as well.

The experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The toilet had a persistent, unpleasant odor, which made the stay uncomfortable and unacceptable.
