Food is average. Rooms are reasonably good. Service is poor. Security guard did not offer any help to load our bags into the car after our stay. His approach towards customers was hostile.There is no breakfast buffet. Only very few items in the alacarte menu. Breakfast was disappointing. The dishes were not even hot. The taste of biriyani in the restaurant was also nowhere in the range of good Biriyani places in Calicut.

I have stayed here more than 20 times but this time i have felt fully bad experiences, the AC is not working properly and there's no air coming from it. First we have chosen a room by booking online but in there's nasty urine smell every where and we changed our room.. but the pillows also smells nasty urine like public toilets. When we told about the smell they said its air freshner.. wtf . Im strongly recommending you all not to take rooms anymore from here. Im saying genuinely

Great hotel for a great price. The restaurant is beautiful and has delicious options at all times of the day!

We had the worst experience ever at this hotel. I strongly suggest that you do not stay at this hotel. Most important worst food we have had. Cold pasta tasteless pasta sauces, inferior service and management not will to help or care or even give a goodwill discount gesture. Please, please, please do not stay here

I am deeply disappointed with the room's condition, especially given the price of 3000 rupees. The leaking pipes are a serious maintenance issue that needs immediate attention. Furthermore, the poor quality of the mattress made for an uncomfortable stay. The non-functional kettle added to the inconvenience. I expect better value for my money and urge management to address these problems promptly.

Unacceptable service provided by staff. Highly unprofessional and rude behaviour by a staff named Arsha/Harsha who even had the audacity to hang on call which subsequently led to us cancelling our booking with the hotel. There are multiple options near the same property, I would suggest to explore the nearby options.

Disappointing check-in experience. When I arrived, I was told standard rooms were available. However, as I started checking in, they suddenly claimed only executive rooms were left--at a higher price. When I questioned this, the staff acted as if they were doing me a favor by giving me an executive room at the standard rate. In reality, it was just a standard room, and the whole situation felt like a tactic to charge more. I won't be staying here again.

Food is Bad. Got to know about this place beacuse of good food reviews. Some one mentioned we get good Pot Biryani in here. But unfortunately it was horrible.Oil Used is Bad. Pot also smells of used oil. It's a waste on ones desire to have tastey Biryani. What we have in here is Horrendous. Place is not recommended.Service is also poor.
