I recently stayed at Neelgiri heritage for two nights and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was quick and smooth, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome right away. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a short stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, close to Railway Station and beach also. The highlight for me was the customer service--everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely return for another short visit. It's the best stay in this area.

I got an opportunity to stay in this hotel, the experience was unbelievable. The service of the employees was awsone and the entire team is really professional. They are always in a eager to serve the customers. The rooms and the entire area in the property were absolutely clean .it is a brand new property.Eventhough its a business class property it's very much advisable for family crowd too.Special mention to all the crew members.....Thank you Team Neelagiri. The stay was really amazing, had a good time with my family and friends. Great and convenient location, Brand new and well organized management. The staffs are really polite, humble and always ready to serve. i will certainly recommend this place to all of my friend and relatives ,must visit place in Kozhikode, The staff are professional and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my visit. Very nice experience with Neelagiri Citrine, All are very coperative . the stay was really amazing. the behaviour of Manager as well as cleaning staff and room boys are really polite and humble and always ready to serve during midnight also. The location was very near to railway station. I recommend Neelagiri Citrine to every one. It will be a good experience at Neeelagiri if you stay there.
