MIDTOWN RESIDENCY

Rooms were not maintained good, I had booked through online, maybe that's why we got the worst room. Also there was knock on the door at 6:30am from tea seller. First I thought we were sleeping at the railway platform.

The experience I had staying here was the worst. A room with a terrible smell and no ventilation. A dirty toilet that wasn't cleaned. A dirty bed with an unstable mattress. What scared me even more was the door that couldn't be locked properly, which would open if someone pushed it. I was wondering how I could stay here safely. I had booked this dirty room through the Make My Trip app. After that, I thought of uninstalling the app. I immediately checked out of the room and left.

For low budget stays . Friendly Rooms are okish... Poorly maintained doors and curtains. If you are on a budget and need an urgent stay you can choose this... Otherwise there are way better options.

Lots of mosquitoes windows are broken very bad service and atmosphere. Drinking water is not good

Nice hotel to stay with budget friendly options. Quiet and cozy in the November Season at Kozhikode town. They are very helpful indeed.

Very normal rooms.. Don't expect exactly as in the pictures Furnitures are not good. But when compare with the budget, its okok
