I would rather rate them zero if possible. They didn't know any professionalism. While making a Checkout they will tell us to wait in order to confirm if nothing has been missed from the room we have stayed in. Did we come there to steal your belongings? Such a bad behaviour from the lady and men staff both at the reception. Also I want to mention that please scan the entire room with Hidden camera detector as there were a lot of cameras detected when i have done it mostly in Power plugs. Please look for other good hotels in Calicut.

Hotel Metro Tower Calicut has its strengths and weaknesses. On the positive side, the cleanliness of the hotel is commendable. They maintain the rooms and facilities with great care, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the hotel's staff and overall customer service experience leave much to be desired. During my visit, I encountered some frustrating moments with the staff. It felt as though they were more focused on "acting" rather than genuinely serving customers. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism in how they dealt with customers. For example, on one occasion, I requested a TV remote to use the cast mode for watching a movie, and the staff insisted I return the remote immediately after use, almost as if they suspected I would keep it. When I asked again on a later visit, I was told the remote function was disabled and that they couldn't provide it, which felt unreasonable and dismissive. The features in the room are meant for guests to enjoy, and such responses can be quite off-putting. Considering these experiences, I unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel anymore. To the owner: please understand that without proper customer service and genuine professionalism, you risk losing valuable guests.

Recently stayed here for two night with family. Spacious room, good staff and good location. Needs better maintenance - toilet seat is shaking, needs bathroom mat as the floor is slippery. You hafe to ask for tea coffee maker. The Shiva temple is in walking distance and also the market.

Rooms not at all clean. No coffee or tea Initially I was given a Non AC room . The room was full of cockroaches. No leniency from them with respect to late checkout, they insisted on paying the full amount even for couple of hours. Most hotels in GCC or other places charge a minimal fee for late checkout . They wanted full payment for couple of hours!!WTH Never go for this hotel.

Stayed for one night with family. Receptionists were humble and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The TV and AC were functioning. The washroom was clean. It's located in the main city, so no issues with the local bus or auto. Also, a petrol pump is nearby which would be convenient for the two wheelers. Parking space for four wheelers and two wheelers are available. No clue of the breakfast and food service as not opted. Overall a good experience.

Rooms are comfortable but toilet tissues are not available and shower cubicle not available. Even informed about, how to contact reception is not there. Rooms are not, bed and mattress are ok. Water heater and air conditioning was working. Staff is friendly. Parking bit difficult.

It's in a prime location close to the railway station and Palayam bus stand. I stayed in a non-AC room. We booked through the phone and were provided 24 hours check out duration. A complimentary breakfast was also served. The room is meant for 2 people only.
