Renovation is long overdue for this hotel. The rooms are shabby and needs a new wallpaper immediately. The doors are so old that the lock does not work anymore. Bathroom door is rotten with water seepage and needs to be removed and refitted with something else. Substandard rooms. Smells of smoke, not just the rooms but corridors as well. They have an elevator but it's too small and too slow. Not recommended unless there is no other option. Please note, the location is pretty good

I had fantastic stay ! It was clean ,stylish, excellent service, very helpful and kind reception staff.... I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel...

Don't go the rooms are very poor waste of money. Receptionist is very rude he don't know how to behave with customer teach him first .

Rooms were average. Rooms cost around 2400 for two people with complementary breakfast. An average stay with average food. Since the hotel was in a prime location, the price looks ok to me.

Poor customer service rooms are not hygeiene rooms are like nest very rude behaviour from the receptionist don't go don't waste your money...

Its a nice place to stay.. Located in city centre Nd near to top spot places in Kozhikode.
