Medco Mansion

I recently stayed at Medco Mansion Hotel in Calicut and had a pleasant experience overall. The service was warm and attentive--staff members were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed during my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I appreciated the neat setup, good air-conditioning, and peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities provided were basic but sufficient for a short stay. If you're visiting Calicut and looking for a hotel that offers good service and clean, comfortable rooms at a reasonable price, Medco Mansion is worth considering.

This is a good hotel at the Calicut Medical College Junction. They have well maintained and spacious rooms at reasonable rates. Service is good. Staffs are well behaved. They do not have a restaurant but there are ample alternate options at this location. Communication to any other part of the city is available. I had a very good stay there in Dec 24.

My name is Jean Sreenivasan. Stayed at medco mansion for three days. Service is excellent. The reception staff were extremely sweet and ready to help with whatever we asked. Me and my roommate had an excellent time. The rooms are spacious and good. Only thing to be done is deep cleaning for the floors. Just once and the place is heaven..

This is one of the best hotel I ever stay with a great great price ever . Its Manager Filgi is an extraordinary customer service person . And Also all other ( at the reception and other ) staff's customer service is excellent . Rooms are clean and well maintained. Me and my entire Basketball teams stayed in the Medco hotel are extremely happy . Keep it up

I had an amazing experience with ,medco mansion , I booked a room for two days but, unfortunately, couldn't stay there. When I requested them to charge me for one day and refund the second, they went above and beyond by refunding the entire amount instead. Such incredible customer service is rare these days, and their kindness and understanding truly impressed me. I highly recommend ,medco mansion, for their exceptional service and customer care.

Disappointing Experience Due to Rude and Unprofessional Staff I booked 2 suit rooms and a deluxe room on november 8th 2024, and unfortunately, my experience was tainted by the appalling behavior of the staff. Unjust Accusation of Theft - Horrible Experience.I had an incredibly distressing experience at medco mansion where I was falsely accused of theft during my stay. Upon checking out, I was informed by the front desk that some items were reported missing from my room. I was shocked, as I had not taken anything that did not belong to me. The staff handled the situation poorly, immediately assuming guilt without any proper investigation or evidence. I was interrogated in front of other guests, which was not only embarrassing but also completely unnecessary. When I asked for clarification or to speak with a manager, I was met with indifference and no effort to resolve the misunderstanding in a professional manner. It wasn't until I insisted on speaking to the hotel manager that the situation was partially addressed,he was also accusing me of the theft of items which was never delivered by hotel staff.but the damage had already been done. I felt humiliated and unfairly treated throughout the entire ordeal. I eventually had to prove that the missing items were likely misplaced or taken by the cleaning staff,but the accusation lingered over my stay, leaving me frustrated and upset.They also insulted me infront of other guests. The lack of professionalism, respect, and transparency in handling this matter was disappointing, and it overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel. I've never been made to feel so uncomfortable, and I will certainly never return to this hotel again. Also they asked money for the missing item. I asked to check the CCTV visuals present and the staff was saying the cctv has technical difficulties which was a lie becuase the cctv is fully operational and it is displayed in the reception.I believe its a scam done by the staff present there.never recommend this stay for anybody.Worst experience ever.
