A well kept Kerala traditional house with a pond (kollam). The compound is well land scaped and is lush green with a quiet & serene atmosphere. Good for a get together, family stay and also a honey moon place.

A beautiful location with true Kerala beauty. This place is perfect for any small get together or even a small intimate function. The place is built in authentic Kerala architecture. There are enough rooms for a small group to stay also. Manikkal mana is a very happy place. This place offers a lot of parking and a great lawn for outdoor events.

An amazing spot! Well-kept and perfect for all types of shooting activities. The ambiance exudes the charm of traditional Kerala architecture.

Lovely venue to have small weddings and other parties. Their main venue space is a lawn right outside of this mana structure. The dining space is on a different level located below and connected by a set of steep steps. A beautiful traditional pond on one side with landscaping makes for wonderful photo-ops. Cons: Not the best place to have an event during the rains. The lawn can turn soggy and make it difficult to walk about. If the temporary roofing (by the event management) is not proper which connects the main venue and the dining space, it'll be a hassle for the guests to move from one place to another without getting wet. It's not the best place accessibility-wise. For old people and differently-abled it's not the easiest place to maneuver. So it'll be great only for functions where, for all the guests accessibility is not of a primary concern.

I went there to attend a birthday party, nice ambience, limited parking area, every thing you have to set for the events, only suitable for small functions.

The entire ground is very uneven and hsnce walking is a big problem especially for the elderly. Your lighting is awfully bad, as all the lights are directed towards people seated on chairs Your steps are very steep The whole slope in the property is troublesome to walk

Good property for destination wedding and small parties. Highly recommended. Their staff is good and supportive
