1. Very spacious rooms 2. Spacious washroom 3. Neat and clean 4. Good behaviour of staff 5. Location is not that easily accessible from Calicut city, but it's near to Lulu mall 6. Worth for 2k price range

Property near to Main road but bit cojusted for parking there is No Lift in this residency. We need to climb steps for all the floors. We haven't received toiletries and Towels. When we asked they provided next day morning. We couldn't sleep whole night due to Mosquitoes. Room is good - Ac is working good nothing else positive.
