KPM TRIPENTA HOTEL

Nice hotel servicing an excellent breakfast. Staff is attentive and helpful. There is a pool on the 7th floor. Also Rooms are clean and tidy, well isolated and equipped with AC. It is about a 20min walk into town, and the beachcomber is a 30 to 40 min walk away.

The on-site restaurant serves delicious, reasonably priced food, and the breakfast buffet receives high marks. Amenities include a great swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for travelers. Overall, it's a top choice for both business and leisure stays.

Upon entry to the very last day, our large group of 40 guests were well taken care of. The team at Tripenta were beyond attentive and pleasant. Rooms, food, restaurant, and facilities were some of the best I've experienced in India. Thank you to Kavya and everyone for a beautiful stay! We will be back.

This was my first time at Tripenta . It was a good experience overall . Starting with warm welcome , helping mentality of staffs with a smiling face , quick response and satisfying service quality were unique and differential I felt . View from property and nearby ambience of Sarovaram make is more beautiful . Rooms are neat and tidy , Breakfast is very good , evening tea snacks is complimentary which no where else I seen provided , but can level up by including more items. Staffs Sufaila and Kavya were exceptionally well and really helpful . Thanks and expecting to come back again .

Amazing property. Impressed with the quality of the rooms. Even the base category is spacious and well equipped. Recommended hotel in Calicut. The location is pretty good. A bit away from the city centre compared to Gateway and Raviz but it's worth it. Only issue was with housekeeping as it took a couple of calls to get few basic necessities but they were always polite.

Recently attended a wedding reception at KPM Tripenta with high expectations, but unfortunately left disappointed. The service was noticeably slow and the staff appeared disinterested, lacking the warm hospitality one would expect at such an establishment. The food quality was average at best, nothing particularly memorable. The desserts, however, were well below standard and quite disappointing. For a hotel that hosts special events like weddings, these shortcomings significantly impacted the overall experience. While the venue itself might have potential, the lackluster service and mediocre food quality make it difficult to recommend for special occasions. Hopefully, management can address these issues to better meet guest expectations in the future.
