I booked this stay for 2 days. When we arrived the housekeeping staff was already inside and cleaning the floor.We decided to wait and let them complete their work. When housekeeping person came out he started interrogating us from where we are and how many days we are staying. This is none of his business and my suggestion to the hotel staff would be to train them, do their job and avoid asking people questions. I got to know that there is no handwash. My husband called the reception to send someone , they sent the same person who was just arguing and not understanding that we only want handwash. We were tired from the trip and the housekeeping staff came four times to our room to understand that we want a handwash & finally they sent some shampoo after so much of discussion. We finally gave up. It was so irritating. The kettle was so dirty that you can't even heat water in it. I felt nauseous to see that. The bathroom was spacious ,but the bathroom lock was broken , we somehow managed. Even the commode's seat lid was broken. By that time we didn't have energy to complain and change the room we decided to relax and somehow spend 2 days and leave. The parking is open outside the hotel and the property is situated in front of MIMS hospital.

We were in the terrace room, it had a foul smell.

Property is relatively new, just diagonally outside MIMS hospital in Kozhikode. Identifies themselves as a business class budget hotel. The rooms and toilets are neat and clean. The staff is friendly and pleasant. Parking, Lift, etc is available and easy to commute to all parts of town. The Restaurant wasn't operational when we visited them. But there was a space for the same, Uber, Zomato, Swiggy delivers promptly. Would recommend for a quick short stay.

They had many drawbacks like there was no shampoo or soap.They had no restaurant and no roof top garden as mentioned.The staffs were not at all friendly. The room was so small that an extra bed would make it difficult to walk around the room.Would strongly recommend not to visit.

Deluxe Room was ok. We just spend the night. Service average. Nothing remarkable. Exhaust in the bathroom was not working. AC's max cooling was at 18 degree C.. Charged + gst even though we made an online booking

Terrible, no internet connection, not working television, not clean rooms , washroom bad smell ,totaly very bad

Room service is very poor.
