We were thoroughly impressed with the level of service and comfort provided during our stay. The staff's responsiveness was exceptional, they were always available and eager to help with any request. Facilities provided, service rendered were excellent. Location, it's neatness to the railway station and bus stand makes it very convenient .

I found the room nice and spacious. Room service was good. Staff were very hospitable.

I attended a marriage function in their conference hall. It can accommodate 100+ people. Fully air conditioned. Outside the function hall, there is a dining area where buffet breakfast was served. Quality is good. The feel good ambience is there. It's located very close to the railway station. I didn't stay in their rooms.

Hosted a small party there and had a below average experience. The AC was always not enough, the welcome drink was unwelcoming (didn't look or taste good). Food came very late though we have placed the order the day before. 2 items wasn't served, and when asked they said it wasn't in the order given (which I had proof that it wasn't not my fault). The dessert was aweful (rubbery cream caramel). They gave 50% discount on the dessert price. The tea and snacks were good. Not recommended until they improve.

I had a wonderful experience during stay with my family. The room, lobby, restaurant etc. were impeccably clean. Spacious room. The staff were friendly and attentive. Ample parking space. Well located to move around Kozhikode. Complementary breakfast provided was exceptionally good and tasty with a lot of varieties.

Good, they say 4 star hotel but its less than 3 star No pool, no complentary breakfast, Very old interiors, Rooms are neay and clean Good staff amd services

Not Good experience I went there thinking I will have great experience but I was wrong hotel has awful service I booked around 14 rooms and no one was happy nobody is there to show you room the person who assigned to show you rooms I in hurry to room faster then you and you are running behind him with your luggage parking has water leakge problem room has awful lighting and there are so many mosquitoes in the room that you will barely fall sleep here. Food is awful you can hardly eat it and if you complain they will direct you to different places but nobody will attend I complained to manger he told I can not help this at this time morning I will come late so many problems it seems like they are doing favour on you by giving you room in the hotel. I opted for MAP plan and if you think that breakfast was bad then don't think of eating there dinner you can't eat there dinner it will be the worst dinner you have in a hotel. Please Don't book room here and try some other hotel.
