Hotel Villa Maryam

We celebrated my Brother's wedding anniversary yesterday at Hotel Villa Maryam, and it was a truly delightful experience! The ambiance was warm and welcoming, perfect for a family celebration. The rooms were neat, spacious, and well-maintained, offering great comfort. What stood out most was the meeting room, which provided a great space for our gathering -- cozy, private, and well-equipped. The staff was courteous and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to the celebration. We booke a suite Room and felt so comfortable throughout the stay. Rooms were extra spacious, well designed and has all facilities you would expect - Hot water, Tea maker, Induction cooker, mini fridge, 2 TVs, Centralized AC, Sofa, Tables, Comfy chairs, Cushioned office chair, 2 bathrooms, 1 large size bed for family. A well maintained property right near to the beach road. Even the lifts are very innovative. They also have good basement parking facility, in-hotel restaurant, lobby area, chip technology lock for main door, nice ambient lighting.

I checked in late at midnight, and the process was incredibly smooth. Despite the late hour, the staff was welcoming and efficient. I faced a minor issue with the AC, but the hotel team promptly resolved it, even at midnight, showcasing their commitment to guest comfort. As a kind gesture, they offered me a complimentary breakfast, which was a delightful surprise. The breakfast spread was truly impressive--completely healthy, with no maida or white sugar. They used only millets, ensuring a nutritious and wholesome start to the day. A great stay with exceptional service and a strong focus on health-conscious food. Highly recommended!

The room was adequate but not maintained well, despite having basic amenities. Upon check-in, I was initially assigned a room that had not been cleaned after the previous guest's departure. Although I was later provided with another room, the linens appeared unclean, and there were signs of smoking, including burn marks. When I requested a change, the staff initially insisting the bed was clean. However, after firmly requesting a change, they finally complied. The overall response was unprofessional and unhelpful. Additionally, I requested a 30-minute late check-out due to traveling with my 2-year-old child. Despite room availability being visible on booking platforms, my request was denied. This further highlights the staff's unprofessional behavior and lack of hospitality.

Had a decent stay! The frontdesk guy helped us with an early check-in. Housekeeping staffs were also quite helpful. Overall we had a comfortable stay given the price range. Washroom walls however seemed greesy and the floor took time to dry.

Frankly, I dont like the hotel. Rooms are not good. Air conditioning system didn't work properly and the quality of the conditioned air was also not good. In the bathroom, leakage from the upper floor can be found...

Accessible location from Kozhikode BMH. If anyone looking for marriage stay highly recommended. Walkable distance to Azhakodi Devi Temple Auditorium

One of the worst Hotel in Kozhikode and worst experience I had ever in my life in booking this Hotel.Travellers have to be careful when booking this hotel.Rooms are not clean.We reached there at 8 am after booking the room in the Hotel,but checkin is only allowed after 11 am the receptionist said in an arrogant manner.So we have to wait for 3hours..One of the worst receptionist was there,a boy who even don't know how to deal with the customers.Overall the services were not good.Travellers beware don't book this hotel,never ever because the good hotels are there in Kozhikode..
