Hotel Sana Tower

Very bad review..I booked an ac room n ac was not working,there was not even a fan Even telephone was not working. Booked just because it's near to medical college

Central location, affordable,clean rooms with excellent restaurant.Convenient and comfortable stay.

Very bad service, already booked through online but hotel confirmation very delayed and staffs behaviour not good

No basic amenities available,Room was too hot ,full of mosquitoes at night,no proper mosquito net in the room,informed reception about the mosquito nuisance, no proper help was done from their side,when I requested room shift,room boy told mosquito will be everywhere,we are helpless on that,literally doesn't sleep at night,worst hotel experience in my life it was a stupid decision to stay there at that price,when more facilities with less price is available at calicut city

Did not have Kettle,soap,brush and no other amenities but room is okay with A/C and room service Bed is Very comfy and overall it is Fine.

Biriyani is not good.... Low quality rice and not a dum and price also very high not recomending

Mostly I prefer the sana tower, whenever i stay at calicut. Good experience.

Very bad service. No proper water supply to the bathroom and no proper working tv. We had to shift to multiple rooms because of this. When we complained that the tv is not working, they were rude and were of the opinion that why we can't go and sleep instead of watching tv. They were strict about the payment and not strict about the services
